“Building the Future from the Past”

If you want to see the way it was done in the old days, then come to the Sparkleberry Country Fair. Located at the Clemson Extension on the corner of Clemson and Two Notch Road in Northeast Columbia, SC. All proceeds go to local schools in the form of scholarships and grants. It is the only fair in the state where you can have lots of fun, get an education, give to education and have hands-on demonstrations from the past! The cost is only $5 a car load. Where else can you have that much fun for that price? Only at the Sparkleberry Country Fair!
Some of the great things you can see and do at the fair: Ride a camel and see dozens of exotic animals. Plow the earth with horses or mules, or ride through the park in a carriage pulled by horses or mules. See hundreds of antique tractors and engines working the way they did way back in the old days. They will also be performing skill games. Learn how steam locomotives work and see live G-Scale trains in operation. See hundreds of antique, muscle and classic cars and trucks. Dance with Native American Tribes from all over the U.S. See military vehicles that were used in wars from the past. Watch four stages with local entertainment all day long. See lots of arts and craft vendors where you can buy hand made items. Eat delicious food from many local churches, schools and special groups. Watch Civil War reinactors and artisans demonstrate how it was done in the past. See the midway with lots of rides for all ages.
